Mr.Sweeney is a founding partner of the firm. His practice focuses on domestic relations and civil litigation. He also represents clients in estate planning. Mr.Sweeney has extensive experience both in the probate and Family Courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as the Family Courts of the State of Rhode Island in representing clients in divorce actions, custody disputes, modification actions and contempt actions. Mr.Sweeney advises corporations and individuals in civil litigation. Representative clients have included, Fremont Indemnity Company, Trust Insurance Company, Utica Rental Systems and McMurry Publishing Corporation. Mr.Sweeney is a past lecturer in the areas of domestic relations law, as well as estate planning and probate.
